Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping within the United States takes 7 to 10 business days from the date your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping

All subscription orders include free shipping. One time purchase orders include a flat rate shipping fee of $5

Shipping Protection

At checkout you have the option to add shipping protection for $5.00. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit and you have purchased shipping protection, we will reship your order at no additional cost. Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for reshipment in the event of loss or damage.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are automatically dispatched every 10 weeks. Your order will ship approximately 10 days before your current supply runs out so you never miss a day. You will receive an email notification before each subscription order is processed.

International Shipping

At this time Calora only ships within the United States.
